Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevTrace (“the Service”), operated by Formulytic (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevTrace is a cloud-based HubSpot audit platform for B2B SaaS revenue teams. The Service connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth, analyzes your configuration and data in real time, and generates structured audit findings with actionable recommendations. No raw CRM data is stored — see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Each account is for a single individual — do not share account credentials
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Organization administrators are responsible for managing team member access and permissions

4. Subscription & Billing

  • RevTrace offers Free, Pro ($79/month), and Business ($199/month) subscription tiers
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
  • Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods — if you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RevTrace only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Connect a HubSpot portal without proper authorization from the portal owner
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service outside of its intended interface
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service in any way that violates HubSpot's terms of service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. HubSpot Integration

  • You grant RevTrace read-only OAuth access to your HubSpot portal when you connect it
  • RevTrace is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot
  • You are responsible for your HubSpot data and for complying with HubSpot's terms and applicable laws
  • The Service depends on the availability of the HubSpot API — we are not responsible for HubSpot outages or API changes
  • You can disconnect your portal at any time, which immediately revokes access and clears stored tokens

7. Intellectual Property

  • RevTrace, including its audit logic, solution guides, scoring algorithms, and interface, is the intellectual property of Formulytic
  • You retain ownership of your HubSpot data and the audit results generated from it
  • You may export your audit findings via CSV or PDF for your own use

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • Audit findings are recommendations based on automated analysis — they are not guarantees of accuracy or completeness
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit results
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from HubSpot API downtime, changes, or data inaccuracies
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of RevTrace after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
