How modules work
Each module runs its checks sequentially against your HubSpot data. RevTrace uses read-only API access — it never modifies your portal.
Checks produce one of four results:
- Critical — Actively impacting revenue or data integrity
- Warning — Could cause problems if left unaddressed
- Info — Improvement opportunity
- Pass — No issues found
Configuring modules
You can enable or disable individual modules before running an audit. This is useful if you want to focus on a specific area or skip modules that aren't relevant to your setup.

Revenue impact estimates
Many checks include an estimated revenue impact — a dollar-value estimate of how much the issue could be costing you. These estimates are based on your deal data, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. See the detail panel for any finding to view its impact rationale.
