Scheduled Audits

Automate weekly or monthly HubSpot audits with scheduled monitoring.

Scheduled Audits let you set up recurring audits that run automatically on a weekly or monthly cadence. Instead of manually running audits, RevTrace monitors your portal on a schedule and keeps your results current.

Setting up a schedule

  1. Navigate to Schedules in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Schedule
  3. Select the portal to audit
  4. Choose a frequency — Weekly or Monthly
  5. Configure audit settings (sensitivity, categories, time windows)
  6. Save the schedule

How it works

RevTrace runs a cron job hourly that checks for scheduled audits due to run. When a schedule's next run time is reached, an audit is automatically kicked off with the configured settings.

After each run, the next run time is computed based on the frequency:

  • Weekly — Next run is 7 days later
  • Monthly — Next run is on the same day next month

Managing schedules

From the Schedules page, you can:

  • Edit — Change frequency, audit settings, or categories
  • Pause — Temporarily stop a schedule without deleting it
  • Delete — Remove a schedule permanently
  • View history — See past audit results from this schedule

Portal cards

Portals with active schedules show a badge on the HubSpot Portals page indicating their schedule frequency.

Plan requirements

Scheduled audits are available on Pro and Business plans. Pro plans include 1 schedule per portal; Business plans include up to 3 per portal. See Billing for plan details.
