Workflows Module

The Workflows module audits your HubSpot automations for errors, conflicts, and inefficiencies. It identifies workflows that aren't firing, overlapping triggers, and suppression gaps that let contacts fall through the cracks.

What it checks

The module runs 19 checks (WF-01 through WF-19) covering:

• Zero-enrollment workflows — Active workflows with no enrollments
• Error rates — Workflows with high failure rates
• Overlapping triggers — Multiple workflows competing for the same contacts
• Suppression gaps — Contacts that should be excluded but aren't
• Unused workflows — Workflows that haven't run in months
• Branch coverage — If/then branches that never execute
• Enrollment capacity — Workflows approaching HubSpot enrollment limits

Common findings

• Active workflows with zero enrollments — Wasting system resources and adding complexity
• High error rates — Often caused by deleted properties or changed field values
• Overlapping enrollment triggers — Contacts entering multiple conflicting workflows
• Missing suppression lists — Competitors, internal contacts, or unsubscribed contacts entering nurture sequences

Why it matters

Workflows are the engine behind lead nurture, internal notifications, data hygiene, and process automation. When they break silently, leads don't get nurtured, reps don't get notified, and data doesn't get cleaned — all without anyone knowing until the damage is done.
