Funnel Analytics

Visualize your conversion funnel with waterfall charts and identify bottlenecks in your pipeline.

The Funnel Analytics page gives you a visual breakdown of how leads and deals flow through your HubSpot pipeline, highlighting where conversions drop off and where velocity slows down.

Waterfall chart

The main visualization is a waterfall chart showing volume at each funnel stage. This makes it easy to spot:

  • Large drop-offs between stages (conversion problems)
  • Bottlenecks where deals pile up (velocity problems)
  • Healthy progression through well-configured stages

Conversion findings

Below the chart, RevTrace surfaces findings related to your funnel:

  • Conversion rate issues — Stages with below-benchmark conversion rates
  • Velocity findings — Stages where deals take too long to progress
  • Stage skip patterns — Deals bypassing expected funnel stages

How to use Funnel Analytics

  1. Navigate to Funnel in the sidebar
  2. Select a portal (if you have multiple connected)
  3. Review the waterfall chart for visual bottlenecks
  4. Explore individual findings for actionable recommendations
