Inviting Your Team

Add teammates to your RevTrace organization with role-based access.

RevTrace supports team collaboration through organizations. Invite your RevOps team, managers, or agency partners to view and act on audit results together.

Roles

Each team member is assigned a role that controls what they can do:

RolePermissions
AdminFull access. Manage team, billing, integrations, portals, and all settings.
EditorRun audits, create action plans, connect portals, push to integrations. Cannot change billing or team settings.
ViewerRead-only access to audit results and dashboards.

You can view a detailed permissions breakdown on the Team settings page by expanding the Role Permissions card.

Inviting members

  1. Open the user menu (your avatar in the top-right corner)
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Team in the left sidebar
  4. Click Invite Member
  5. Enter their email address and select a role
  6. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join

Invited users who don't have a RevTrace account will be prompted to create one.

Managing members

From the Team settings page, you can:

  • Change roles — Promote or demote team members
  • Remove members — Revoke access to your organization
  • Revoke invitations — Cancel pending invites that haven't been accepted

Organization limits

The number of team members depends on your plan:

  • Free — 1 member
  • Pro — Up to 5 members
  • Business — Up to 15 members
  • Agency — Up to 25 members
