Exports

RevTrace supports two export formats for sharing audit results with stakeholders who don't have direct access.

PDF Export

The PDF export generates an executive summary designed for leadership and stakeholders:

• Health score and category breakdown
• Priority findings ranked by severity
• Revenue impact estimates for key issues
• Solution guide appendix with fix instructions for every finding

To export a PDF:

1. Open an audit from the Audits page
2. Click Export and select PDF
3. The PDF downloads to your browser

CSV Export

The CSV export includes all findings with full metadata, suitable for analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools:

• Finding title, description, and severity
• Check ID and category
• Revenue impact estimate and rationale
• Solution guide content

To export a CSV:

1. Open an audit from the Audits page
2. Click Export and select CSV
3. The CSV downloads to your browser

Use cases

• Board reports — Share the PDF executive summary with leadership
• Client deliverables — Agencies can white-label findings for client reports
• Spreadsheet analysis — Import CSV data into Google Sheets or Excel for custom analysis
• Compliance — Keep audit records for SOC2 or internal governance
