Export Reports
Generate PDF and CSV reports from your audit results.
RevTrace supports PDF and CSV exports for sharing audit results with stakeholders.
Exporting a PDF
- Navigate to Audits in the sidebar
- Click on the audit you want to export
- Click the Export button in the top-right
- Select PDF
- The file downloads to your browser
The PDF includes an executive summary with health score, category breakdown, priority findings, revenue impact estimates, and a solution guide appendix.
Exporting a CSV
- Navigate to Audits in the sidebar
- Click on the audit you want to export
- Click the Export button
- Select CSV
The CSV includes all findings with full metadata: title, description, severity, category, check ID, revenue impact, impact rationale, and solution guide content.
Tips
- PDF for stakeholders — The executive summary format is designed for leadership review
- CSV for analysis — Import into Google Sheets or Excel to sort, filter, and prioritize
- CSV for integration — Use CSV data to populate project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear)
- Scheduled exports — Run scheduled audits and export periodically to track progress
