Disconnect a Portal

Remove a HubSpot portal connection from RevTrace.

If you need to disconnect a HubSpot portal from RevTrace — whether you're cleaning up test portals, offboarding a client, or switching accounts — here's how.

Disconnecting

  1. Navigate to HubSpot Portals in the sidebar
  2. Find the portal you want to disconnect
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the portal card
  4. Select Disconnect
  5. Confirm the disconnection

What happens when you disconnect

  • The OAuth token is revoked — RevTrace can no longer access the portal's data
  • The portal card moves to a "disconnected" state
  • Past audit results are preserved — You can still view historical audits
  • Scheduled audits are paused — Any active schedules for this portal stop running

Reconnecting

You can reconnect a previously disconnected portal:

  1. Click Reconnect on the disconnected portal card
  2. Complete the OAuth flow with HubSpot
  3. The portal is restored with its audit history intact

Deleting a portal entirely

If you want to remove all data associated with a portal (including audit history), contact support. Disconnecting alone preserves historical data.
