Understanding Results
Navigate audit findings, severity levels, health scores, and revenue impact estimates.
After an audit completes, RevTrace presents results in an executive summary with detailed findings you can drill into.
Health score
The health score is a number from 0 to 100 that summarizes your HubSpot portal's overall health. It's calculated from the severity distribution of findings across all audit modules.
- 90-100 — Excellent. Your portal is well-maintained.
- 70-89 — Good. A few issues worth addressing.
- 50-69 — Fair. Several issues are likely impacting revenue operations.
- Below 50 — Needs attention. Significant issues across multiple areas.
Severity levels
Each finding is assigned one of four severity levels:
| Severity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Critical | Actively impacting revenue or data integrity. Fix immediately. |
| Warning | Could cause problems if left unaddressed. Plan to fix soon. |
| Info | Improvement opportunity. Nice-to-have but not urgent. |
| Pass | This check passed. No issues found. |
Finding details
Click on any finding to expand its detail panel, which includes:
- Description — What the check found and why it matters
- Revenue impact estimate — Estimated dollar impact where calculable
- Solution Guide — Step-by-step instructions to fix the issue in HubSpot
- Action item — Create a tracked task to fix it later
Category breakdown
The executive summary shows a grid of all 8 audit categories with the count of findings at each severity level. Click any category to filter the findings list.
Filtering and search
Use the filter bar to narrow results by:
- Severity — Show only Critical, Warning, or Info findings
- Category — Focus on a specific audit module
- Search — Free-text search across finding titles and descriptions
Comparing audits
