Plans, upgrades, usage limits, and managing your subscription.

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.
Upgrading your plan
- Open the user menu (your avatar in the top-right corner)
- Click Settings
- Click Billing in the left sidebar
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Complete checkout via Stripe
Your new plan takes effect immediately. Usage limits are updated on the spot.
Viewing your tier
Your current plan tier is shown as a badge in the sidebar below your organization name (e.g., "Free", "Pro", "Business", or "Agency").
Managing your subscription
From the Billing page, you can:
- View current plan — See your tier, usage, and renewal date
- Manage subscription — Opens the Stripe customer portal to update payment method, view invoices, or cancel
- View usage — Usage meters show how many audits, portals, and seats you've used this billing period
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your organization downgrades to the Free plan.
Quota enforcement
When you reach a usage limit:
- Audit limit — You'll see a message prompting you to upgrade or wait until the next billing period
- Portal limit — You'll be redirected to upgrade before connecting additional portals
- Seat limit — Invitations will be blocked until you upgrade or remove members
- Schedule limit — You won't be able to create additional schedules until you upgrade
